What is your refund policy?
- Being the nature of the products, there will be NO returns/refunds
- If the wrong lash style was sent to you, please send an email (email@example.com) with a screenshot of your order confirmation and attach a picture of the lash style you received
Exchanges are ONLY acceptable if you received defective or damaged items. In that very rare case please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order confirmation email
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Yes! We are located in Alexandria, VA. If you chose the pick up for your delivery method, you will receive more information once your order is confirmed.
What do I do when my body butter melted?
Don't worry, no quality is lost if it melts. Store in a room temperature setting away from the sun/windows for it to solidify again.
